CAREER NOTES:
Ezzobayry was originally a Moroccan citizen, born in Ait Sidi in 1978, and his first notable performance was at the 1997 World Junior Cross-Country Championships where he finished 39th.
Since changing to French citizenship he has made his mark at the Paris International Marathon. After a 2:13 debut in 2005 he ran about a minute slower in 2006, but then came back in 2007 to make the top ten with a 2:11:18 personal best.
Ezzobayry also won the French 10K championships in 2007.
His best marathon finish was at Berlin in 2006 where he placed fifth.
