Age Group World Rankings 2022 races announced

The 2022 season of the AbbottWMM Wanda Age Group World Rankings will feature a record-breaking 312 marathons spanning 89 countries and six continents.

Giving more runners than ever before the chance to qualify for the 2023 World Championships, the fourth edition of the rankings kicks off on January 1, 2022.

The provisional list, ordered by continent, for 2022 can be viewed here. Dates for each race will be confirmed later in 2021.

The current edition of the rankings closes on December 31, with a busy fall period getting under way featuring over 100 races on the schedule for runners aged 40+ to earn ranking points in a bid to reach the 2022 World Championships.

The date and location of the 2022 event will be announced in the coming weeks.
